Rates

Our invoicing is monthly, and is based on time spent multiplied by an hourly rate. The applicable rate depends on the complexity of the case and the advisor rendering the service. We will estimate the time and costs involved in advance, as accurate as possible.

For some services we are able to provide fixed fees, please see below our rates for these services. Feel free to contact us to find out whether these rates are applicable for your situation.



Initial meeting EUR 150,- ex VAT

CORPORATE SERVICES
Draw up employment contract EUR 500 ax VAT
Register the company for payroll tax purposes only EUR 500,- ex VAT
Provide postal services for all tax correspondence (annual fee) EUR 350,- ex VAT
Provide registered address service (annual fee) EUR 2.500,- ex VAT
Set up a payroll administration (including 1 employee) EUR 350,- ex VAT
Set up payroll administration new employees EUR 200,- ex VAT
Payroll administration per employee per month including: EUR 60,- ex VAT
- provide a monthly salary slip for employee
- provide a monthly payroll tax return for employer
- submit the monthly payroll tax filing
Any additional employee per month EUR 30,- ex VAT
Incorporation B.V. EUR 1.800,- ex VAT
Register B.V. with tax authorities EUR 350,- ex VAT

ADMINISTRATION AND BOOKKEEPING FEES CORPORATIONS
Monthly bookkeeping fee for consultancy BVs, including VAT filing EUR 150,- ex VAT
Prepare annuals EUR 750,- ex VAT
Prepare registration documents for Chamber of Commerce EUR 250,- ex VAT
Prepare corporate tax return EUR 450,- ex VAT
Extension for filing corporate tax return EUR 50,- ex VAT

ADMINISTRATION AND BOOKKEEPING FEES FREELANCERS
Quarterly bookkkeeping fee of an average complexity, including filing
VAT returns on a quarterly basis EUR 175,- ex VAT
Request VAR statement EUR 125,- ex VAT
Request A1 statement EUR 250,- ex VAT

Note: These are our standard fees for 2011. Each year, we will evaluate the level of services required, the services provided and this fee arrangement. Unless it appears that the fees agreed upon cannot be considered reasonable, or if the services are adjusted and thus a new fee structure is agreed upon, we will honour this fee structure.

PERSONAL SERVICES
Provide postal address service for tax correspondence (annual fee) EUR 180,- ex VAT

Adjust or cancel provisional tax refund EUR 75,- ex VAT

File extension for submitting income tax return EUR 50,- ex VAT
File request for child care allowance EUR 175,- ex VAT
File request child benefit (kinderbijslag) EUR 175,- ex VAT

Note: The fee for tax return filing is all-in and includes all phone calls, meetings, e-mails as well as follow-up communications with taxing authorities. The fee also covers minor consultancy questions but only if this relates to the tax returns.
