In addition to having the right educational credentials and professional qualifications, Finsens’ advisers can also draw on years of experience. This allows them to choose the best mortgages for you and provide you with valuable advice on maintaining your mortgage. Our advisers are continuously updating their knowledge and skills through a variety of professional courses. The services provided by our advisers are paid for by the customer as follows.

Fee
Finsens is paid by the client and we do not get any commissioon from banks or insurance companies. This way we can advise indepently. If Finsens takes care of the application procdure a bank will not charge an arrangement fee (normally 1% of the loan). The minimum fee for Finsens amounts to EUR 2,500 and the maximum fee EUR 5,000. The fee is including VAT and is tax deductible.
