Deposit banks

Our clients’ financial assets and bonds are entrusted, in the name of the client, to Theodoor Gilissen Services and Binck Bank, two Amsterdam-based investment banks.

Theodoor Gilissen Bankiers is an independent part of Kredietbank Luxemburg, a subsidiary of Belgian–based financial conglomerate KBC Group.

Binck Bank, which acquired Alex in October 2007, is the largest online investment bank in the Netherlands.

The roles of both Theodoor Gilissen Services and Binck Bank are restricted to those of a facilitating institution. This means that they carry out and administer our orders on behalf of the client. This form of cooperation is set out in a tripartite agreement.
